Refund & Cancellation Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with HLB Map Maker. Below are the terms governing cancellations and refunds of payments made to our service.
1. General Refund Terms
Because we offer a digital product with instant activation upon payment verification, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis:
- If you experience a technical bug or compatibility issue that prevents you from using the app entirely, and our support team is unable to resolve it within 48 hours of reporting, you will be eligible for a **full refund**.
- Refund requests must be submitted within **7 days** of the original payment transaction.
2. Non-Refundable Scenarios
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
- Accidental purchase of a tier (e.g. purchasing Standard instead of Pro). You can upgrade your plan instead by contacting support.
- Loss of access due to violation of our Terms of Service (e.g., account sharing, device cloning, or API abuse).
- No longer needing the map slots or finishing your mapping tasks before the 31-day period expires.
3. Cancellation
Since we do not charge recurring subscriptions, there is no subscription to cancel. Once you pay for a 31-day access token, your plan will simply expire naturally when the 31 days run out. You will not be charged again unless you make another payment manually.
4. Processing Refunds
To request a refund, email us at kravenn.support@gmail.com with the following details:
- Your Google Account email address.
- Razorpay Payment ID (received in your payment confirmation email/SMS).
- A brief explanation or screenshot of the technical issue you are experiencing.
Approved refunds are processed automatically through Razorpay and will credit back to your original payment method (UPI, card, or bank account) within **5-7 business days**.
