Welcome to HLB Map Maker. By downloading, accessing, or using our app and website, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions.

1. License and Access

We grant you a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the HLB Map Maker application on a compatible mobile device, strictly in accordance with your purchased tier (Basic, Standard, or Pro).

• Your account is restricted to use on a single active mobile device.
• Sharing account credentials, reverse engineering, or exploiting API endpoints is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension.

2. Payments and Access Tiers

We charge a one-time fee for a 31-day access period to our mapping service.

• The number of available map slots depends on the plan you select: Basic (1 slot), Standard (2 slots), or Pro (3 slots).
• Access will automatically expire after 31 days unless manually renewed. No automatic recurring subscriptions are configured.

3. User-Generated Content & Mapping

You retain ownership of any maps, layouts, boundary calculations, and building drawings you produce using the app. We do not claim any ownership rights over your mapping data.

You agree not to use the application to map secure military installations or prohibited zones, and to comply with local laws and mapping regulations in your area.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

HLB Map Maker is provided "as is" and "as available". KRAVENN is an independent private software company and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or representing the Government of India or the Office of the Registrar General. We do not warrant that the application will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with all devices.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, KRAVENN shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our software.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Your continued use of the app after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
